1. How can I book my tour with SBNT?

It is very easy! Just click on "Book a Tour" option in the main menu and then select "Booking form".  Then you will only have to fill the fields paying special attention to the required ones and click on "submit". We will then reply you with details about the next steps to confirm your reservation. We highly recommend to read with attention our "Booking conditions" before you decide to book your tour.

2. Can I pay by credit / debit card my tour?

Definitely YES. Please proceed following all required steps in the "Pay by credit card" section available on our web site, right within the "Book a Tour" menu and press "submit" once you have inserted all your personal details. You will be quickly taken through the secure web site of our bank where you will have to insert your card details. Please make sure that as credit / debit card user your card has the online operation mode active otherwise you won't be able to pay your tour through this way. 

3. Do I get an insurance when I travel with SBNT?

All our package holidays include a BASIC travel insurace which covers the main issues that might happen more frequently on tour such as medical care and lost or stolen items (however the maximum amount to be replaced rarely exceed the 300 Euros). We however highly recommend to travel with your own travel insurance to cover all health assistance and optic equipment. 

4. If I can't go on a tour... can I change my reservation to travel in a future?

YES, but we might apply any cancellation policy if we get any expenses produced by this change. Please check details on our "booking conditions" section before hand. We will exceptionally hold your deposit or full amount without charging any penalty for a future tour in case of epidemics or pandemics affecting either country home or/and final destination.

5. Are my personal date safe?

YES. We will never sell or will make accesible your personal data to any third part. When you contact us by email or through our contact form we store your email address to be used in future marketing campaigns or electronic newsletters, however you can remove it at any moment letting us know by writing. 

6. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Once we receive your booking request we quickly check availability on the selected tour and proceed to confirm or not your place in a tour within the following 48 hours. If you haven't got any answer from us in that time please check your "spam folder" in case you had received there. Afterwards you will have to start the payment process following our instructions.

7. How and when do I have to pay my tour?

The process might change depending on the selected destination. If you are booking one of our scheduled tours to Spain most usually have the same payment conditions although may differ in their total prices. In these particular tours we usually ask for a deposit of 450 Euros with the balance payable at the latest 60 days before the tour begins. Both deposit and balance can be paid only by bank transfer or credit card.

However If you are booking one of our overseas tours the amount as a deposit will depend on your destination same as the rest of the payment process which will be clearly specified in the booking conditions related to every particular tour.

8. Can a tour change its itinerary, hotels or guide?

We reserve the right to change the itinerary (mainly due to weather conditions or discretion to our guides attending security or mere organization issues), hotels (but always equivalent to same category as showed in our brochure or web site) and guides. All changes related to accommodation and guides will be informed by writing to our clients as quickly as possible. This has rearly happened in the past but guides may suffer last minute health problems which might not be compatible with their job. In such case we provide services of alternative professional guide for the whole tour or just provisionally until the principal guide is fully recovered.   

9. Can SBNT cancel a tour?

YES but only in case we don't get the minimum number to run the trip and never if guests have booked their flight tickets. SBNT can also cancel a tour at any moment attending major force issues specially related to security reasons or risk to health of participants and guides. In such case we will proceed to refund balances holding deposits for the same trip to be run in an alternative date.

We also recommend you to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube, where you will also find trip reports and latest news about what we have recently done and what we are planning to do in a future.  

11. Can I join the group in an alternative meeting point?

Our tours (both Spain and overseas) start officially at the airports. However we might consider different options to join our groups to suit you better but always attending the needs of the rest of participants. Please let us know where you would require to be picked up to join us and we will evaluate the convenience of your choice to make a decision.
